A company is looking for a Remote Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the outsourced controller for multiple clients, managing relationships and advising on financial matters
• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks and implementing process improvements and software integrations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience, including multi-client management
• Higher-education accounting degree; CPA firm or public accounting experience preferred
• Expertise in financial reporting, GAAP, lease accounting, and revenue recognition
• Experience in operational accounting oversight, including bookkeeping and compliance
• Proven skills in delegation and coaching, with a focus on team development
