Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and growing our Accounting Team
- Leading day-to-day accounting operations in Tax, Payroll and Financial Planning and Analysis
- Preparing annual budget, create monthly forecast and do monthly variance analysis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 annual company retreats to awesome places
- You have 10+ years of Accounting experience
- You have 3+ years in a Hands-on Controller role
- Build a budget and have spent 5+ years doing Financial Planning & Analysis
- Proven track record leading and scaling Accounting/Finance teams
