Remote Financial Controller

Job Summary

A software developer that works on behalf of short-term real estate companies is filling a position for a Remote Financial Controller.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Establish a solid financial foundation with appropriate systems that will allow the business to grow effectively
• Oversight of all Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Legal and compliance functions
• Provide insightful and trusted counsel to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, management team and investors

Qualifications Include:

• Recent experience as Financial Controller or #2 at a fast-growing SaaS or software company
• Ideally a combination of experience that includes a large, global complex company and a rapidly growing company
• Diversity of experience and exposure to a wide range of complex business models
• Strong FP&A skillset with an analytical, intellectually curious mindset
• Business and operationally oriented
• Ability to develop and implement systems, tools and processes increasing business clarity
