A financial technology company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Corporate Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a full cycle recruitment process from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, through offer extension and closing
- Researching, sourcing and building a pipeline for senior level talent
- Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience including full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting
