Remote Financial Counselor in Jacksonville

Job Summary

A not-for-profit medical group practice is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Counselor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing resolution of billing concerns
• Assisting with account questions
• Calling third parties for account resolution

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two or more years of relevant experience required OR Bachelor’s degree
• Basic computer/keyboarding skills and intermediate mathematic competency
• Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and phone handling skills
• Multiple years of experience in a health care setting involving customer service
