Job Summary

A diversified banking services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to both internal and external customer inquiries through a variety of mediums
  • Assisting internal and external customers with troubleshooting
  • Assisting with all banking deposit product inquiries

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of current technologies
  • Knowledge of general banking practices
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of electronic banking services
