Job Summary

A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Customer Experience Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering incoming calls and assist customers with questions and concerns
  • Diagnosing customer needs and proactively educating them about the features and benefits
  • De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 months of customer service-related experience
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proven time management skills / ability to multitask
  • Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
