A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Financial Customer Onboarding Implementation Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and coordinating the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions
  • Ensuring quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers
  • Participating in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or
  • Equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of operations-related experience
  • Ability to manage and coordinate the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions
  • Ability to ensure quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers
