Job Summary
A financial services firm is seeking a Remote Financial Customer Onboarding Implementation Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings
- Acting as a project liaison with other departments
- Performing research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities, customer success or onboarding role
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Solution and results oriented with ability to problem solve
