Job Summary

A financial services firm is seeking a Remote Financial Customer Onboarding Implementation Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings
  • Acting as a project liaison with other departments
  • Performing research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities, customer success or onboarding role
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Solution and results oriented with ability to problem solve
