A financial technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Customer Operations Training Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the development of training strategies, and job specific training
  • Apply adult learning and learning design principles to solution development
  • Oversee and be accountable for engaging and collaborative virtual or in-person learning experiences

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years in technical training instructional design, content development, and learning program management
  • Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills
  • Experience in customer support and stakeholder consultation
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Understanding of measurement standards for learning
  • Bachelor's degree
