A financial technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Customer Operations Training Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the development of training strategies, and job specific training
- Apply adult learning and learning design principles to solution development
- Oversee and be accountable for engaging and collaborative virtual or in-person learning experiences
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in technical training instructional design, content development, and learning program management
- Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills
- Experience in customer support and stakeholder consultation
- Excellent project management skills
- Understanding of measurement standards for learning
- Bachelor's degree
