Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Customer Service Professional Trainee.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining a dedicated study schedule in preparation for the FINRA SIE and Series 6 licensing exams
• Serving as the first point of contact on routine service issues
• Ensuring that all pertinent information is collected and accurately entered to ensure prompt resolution

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Active FINRA Series 6 or ability to obtain within 60 days
• Excellent customer service skills that include explaining policies or sophisticated concepts
• Proven skills troubleshooting and identifying root causes
• Resourceful and committed to resolving issues
• Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities
