Working remotely, the full-time hourly Remote Financial Customer Service Rep will provide inbound customer support, assist with basic technical issues, and track customer interactions while delivering exceptional service for a leading brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Required qualifications

• 6+ months of soft sales experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and fast-paced multi-tasking ability
