Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Running disbursement quotes
- Assisting participants through the navigation of the automated voice response system
- Making outbound calls if necessary
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- With no degree, an additional one to two years directly related experience is required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Must be available to work during the hours of 6am-8pm (MTN) M-F and/or 7:00AM - 3:30PM (MTN) Saturday
