Job Summary

A financial service company is in need of a Remote Financial Customer Success Operations Trainer ll.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Evaluating trainees and provide feedback to managers on performance
  • Maintaining working knowledge of multiple functional areas
  • Addressing learning outcomes that require significant prerequisite skills

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Three to five years of experience in teaching, training, or related field
  • Experience using Salesforce or other Client Relationship Management system
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team objectives
  • A passion for people with a history of developing, mentoring, training, and up-leveling skills
  • Understanding of SaaS business motions and customer lifecycle
  • Two or more years of experience and expertise in the subject matters for which training will be provided
