Job Summary
A financial service company is in need of a Remote Financial Customer Success Operations Trainer ll.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating trainees and provide feedback to managers on performance
- Maintaining working knowledge of multiple functional areas
- Addressing learning outcomes that require significant prerequisite skills
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in teaching, training, or related field
- Experience using Salesforce or other Client Relationship Management system
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team objectives
- A passion for people with a history of developing, mentoring, training, and up-leveling skills
- Understanding of SaaS business motions and customer lifecycle
- Two or more years of experience and expertise in the subject matters for which training will be provided
