Job Summary

A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Data Platform Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the facilitation of all aspects of the client relationship
  • Ensuring client relationships are progressing in a positive and timely manner
  • Assisting clients in aligning, tracking, and achieving their desired goals

Qualifications Include:

  • Masterful rapport building with clients in establishing strong long-lasting relationships
  • Strong technical, product, and process-oriented thinking skills
  • Thorough understanding of Saas, FinTech, and platform products
  • Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science/IT engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, support or account management
  • Knowledge of MatterMost, Slack, Telegram and WhatsApp, Hangout, Zoom and Skype
