Job Summary

A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Data Platform Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Assisting in the facilitation of all aspects of the client relationship
Ensuring client relationships are progressing in a positive and timely manner
Assisting clients in aligning, tracking, and achieving their desired goals

Qualifications Include:

Masterful rapport building with clients in establishing strong long-lasting relationships
Strong technical, product, and process-oriented thinking skills
Thorough understanding of Saas, FinTech, and platform products
Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science/IT engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in customer success, support or account management
Knowledge of MatterMost, Slack, Telegram and WhatsApp, Hangout, Zoom and Skype
