Job Summary
A financial management company is seeking a Remote Technical Estate Planning Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing 3 to 5 estate planning case briefs per day
- Researching estate planning issues to develop effective solutions
- Supporting requests and questions from teammates and clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar
- 3+ years experience in estate planning and probate law
- Experience preparing estate planning documents such as wills and trusts
- Advanced knowledge of life insurance trusts, guardianships, estate planning, fiduciary income tax preparation and asset distribution
- Advanced knowledge of trust funding including preparing deeds, assignments and change of account ownership
