Job Summary

A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting quality assurance standards as applicable to program
  • Responding to inbound call inquiries related to consumer budgets, service authorization, program guidelines,
  • Performing support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Proficient writing skills, including ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training in customer service
  • General knowledge of PC navigation and commands (I.e. copy, paste, highlight functions)
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
