Job Summary
A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting quality assurance standards as applicable to program
- Responding to inbound call inquiries related to consumer budgets, service authorization, program guidelines,
- Performing support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proficient writing skills, including ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training in customer service
- General knowledge of PC navigation and commands (I.e. copy, paste, highlight functions)
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
