A insurance and wealth management company is filling a position for a Remote Financial IM Service Customer Service Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Successfully navigate multiple computer systems
• Accurately answer and research/resolve phone, email and chat inquiries from financial professionals and Clients
• Provide your expertise to financial professionals and Clients in the review of documents being submitted for processing

Required Skills:

• College degree, or relevant work experience
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of computer systems and keyboarding skills
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet services
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask
