- Implement multiple payroll or portal projects
- Manage assigned team or project deliverables
- Identify process gaps and solution the design

- Experience in multi-country payroll and/or HRIS systems implementation
- Experience in design flow and processing documentation
- Demonstrated analytical problem solving and solution design skills
- Ability to learn and implement new and complex ideas
