Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Investment Client Management Representative in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct annual reviews of client's profiles to ensure suitable portfolio allocations
- Educate clients on an ongoing basis regarding asset allocation
- Resolve service requests in coordination with PAS Service Specialists
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Shown customer service, relationship management and sales skills
- Broad based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
- Minimum of 3 years of previous financial services experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technological acumen and comfort with learning how to use new tools
- Have robust time management and organizational skills
