Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Financial Lead Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Act as a strategic business partner with the executive to strengthen and broaden SMS revenue model
• Build out the Surgical Management Solutions financial infrastructure
• Partner with head of analytics to create scalable financial and data processes for ongoing client management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 8+ years accounting, finance operations, or financial planning & analysis
• Ability to digest financial information, render judgment, create context, pattern recognition
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
• Exceptional skills in identifying, recruiting, developing, retaining and motivating strong teams
• Proven track record of leading teams with servant leadership
