Remote Financial Loan Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Financial Loan Change Management Lead.

Must be able to:

• Assist team members with the interpretation of change requests and designing configuration solutions
• Support Change Management leadership with sound expertise toward meeting change implementation goals
• Systematically break down problems or processes into component parts using business analysis techniques

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3-5 years of configuration experience
• 3-5 years experience in project management or working on time-sensitive projects
• 5+ years experience working within Octane or other Loan Origination System
• Knowledge and experience working within the full life cycle of a mortgage loan
• Experience working with and analyzing data for uses such as reporting or configuration
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
