Job Summary

A privately held, non-bank mortgage lending company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Loan Closing Team Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing, designing, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies
• Using forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the profitability of products or services
• Identifying opportunities for improvement

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Have a strong knowledge of marketing methods theory and practice
• Be knowledgeable about financial institution operations and procedures, market research and analysis
• Possess excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Have an excellent level of oral and written communication skills
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
