Job Summary

A mortgage services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Marketing Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Work with compliance on asset recordkeeping and periodic audits
• Field and manage creative asset requests for implementation across the channel
• Manage information change requests and terminations within marketing systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years in marketing or related experience
• 2 - 4 years sales support and CRM experience
• 1 - 2 years customer service experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or in a related field; 4-6 years experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
• A proficiency in problem solving, critical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
