Job Summary
A company transforming the home services industry is filling a position for a Remote Financial Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Lead financial operations for a business line
- Handle a high volume of data entry on a daily basis with great accuracy
- Develop operational processes to help improve existing operations or launch new services / partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of professional experience including financial reporting and complex operations
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in a financial or analytical field
- Prior small company or start-up experience
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes from scratch
- Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
