An alternative energy company is seeking a Remote Operations Controller.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving fact-based financial and operational analysis
• Managing direct report team members in the operational accounting area
• Assist in the preparation of operations budget plans

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
• Ten (10) or more years of related work experience including experience within a public company manufacturing operation
• Experience leading direct report team members with a commitment to coaching and development
• Uncompromising dedication to customer service excellence
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
