Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Financial Operations Recovery Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Researching voluntary refunds for accuracy
• Determining and calculating amount of overpayments
• Reviewing and validating paid claims

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2+ years of claims processing and/or customer service experience
• 1+ year of WGS claims processing experience
• Current working knowledge using WGS
