A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Financial Operations Recovery Specialist III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Audit paid claims for overpayments using various techniques
- Interact with staff and management from other departments on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications for this position include:
- H.S. diploma
- Minimum of 4 years of claims processing and/or customer service experience
