Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Operations Team Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and achieving key performance indicators, key goals and objectives, risk mitigation, etc
- Managing a diverse team of as many as 15 associates
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- SIE and Series 99 required within 89 days of start date
- Series 7 required within 12 months of start date
- Must have a basic understanding of major functions in US and/or CAN brokerage Operations
- Must understand the team’s functions, processes, and/or systems supported by the team
- Must have strong collaboration skills and effective problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
