Job Summary

An insurance services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Plan Account Manager II.

Must be able to:

Accountable for client retention, satisfaction and loyalty
Provide technical assistance and on-going support and knowledge to clients and advisors
Maintain plan and relationship specific information on our Customer Relationship Management tool

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education
Professional certification: ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA or NIPA (APA) (APR)
2 - 4 years a client-facing role working with defined contribution plan administration
Experience with various plan types, investments, and federal pension regulations
