Remote Financial Planning Analyst Manager

Job Summary

A finance service company has an open position for a Remote Financial Planning Analyst Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying gaps in knowledge and content documentation by actively monitoring CSM
• Partnering closely with the Learning & Development Team and other Post Sales team
• Streamlining communication organization and distribution of these materials to the department

Qualifications Include:

• Four years relevant experience in a related function, for example, Operations, Custome
• Have a proven track record of managing projects to successful completion
• Can Proactively report on knowledge consumption and identify opportunities to find efficiencies on content usage
• Can Own our internal content repositories that CSMs use including Confluence and Highspot
