Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Planning and Advice Team Leader in Detroit.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and developing a group of series 7 licensed associates within our Satellite Regional Center
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the team to drive exceptional customer experiences and building lifetime relationships with our customers
  • Partnering with associates to build personalized plans that support their development towards career goals

Required Skills:

  • Series 07 – FINRA, Series 09 – FINRA, Series 10 – FINRA, Series 66 – FINRA certificaitons
  • Proven Leadership Experience
  • Previous Management experience in financial services preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, 9/10 licenses preferred or able to obtain upon hire
  • Ability to identify, recruit, and hire external talent and build your team virtually
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial products, guidance, and solutions
