Job Summary

An e-learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Associate.

Must be able to:

• Support the ongoing improvement of financial models & reporting packages
• Provide accurate reporting and expense tracking through reporting and headcount tracking
• Prepare monthly variance reporting and provide value-added analytical support

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 1-3 years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related field
• Able to serve as a financial model guru, internal consultant, and business strategist
• Well-versed in financial modeling
• Ability to identify key model drivers and build 3-statement financial model
• Fundamental understanding of the FP&A process and accounting principles
