A software company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Soliciting and synthesizing customer feedback towards product development ideas
- Being the go-to person for customer questions regarding strategy, product training, and non-technical support
- Being responsible for renewals for customers you're partnered with
Position Requirements Include:
- Confidence using ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field
- Comfortable navigating project management or ticketing systems
- An Excel pro with knowledge in modeling, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Familiar with relational databases
- Comfortable managing and leading cross-functional projects
