Job Summary
A mental healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building & maintaining financial models, preparing financial reporting, analyzing KPI trends & explaining forecast versus actual variances
- Delivering monthly reporting packages and KPI dashboards for presentation to the executive team and the Board of Directors
- Partnering closely with key business stakeholders to understand detailed drivers of the business & performing ad-hoc financial analysesness decisions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance operations or FP&A at a SaaS company
- Deep understanding of SaaS metric calculations and concepts
- Demonstrated success in developing and applying concepts and practices of financial planning and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate financial information in an easy-to-understand format
- Ability to work on both the tactical (dive into the details) while at the same thinking strategically (big picture)
