Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Job Summary

A company that offers performance visualization tools for machine learning needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Director.

Must be able to:

• Own the rolling forecast and long-range planning process in close coordination with the CFO
• Help establish the monthly and quarterly reporting and re-forecasting cadence
• Understand the full company P&L and lead the roll-up of inputs / re-forecasts

Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years post-MBA or 12+ years without an MBA with financial reporting/financial analysis experience
• Experience leading an FP&A team and prior investment banking or private equity experience
• Excellent financial modeling skills and experience leading highly quantitative, complex analyses
• Very strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to hire and grow a team
• Robust Excel, PPT, and Microsoft Office skills
