Job Summary

An e-learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with our Director of FP&A to enhance and maintain the company's core financial models
• Supporting the budget and reforecast consolidation process
• Improving and managing resource planning through continuous iteration and analysis

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related field
• Thrive in a dynamic environment where you may wear multiple hats as a financial model guru, internal consultant & business strategist
• You are driven by metrics, and strive to partner across the organization to help add value to the business
• You are a trusted advisor with exceptional communication skills
