Job Summary
A software developer that creates products for use in human resources is in need of a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the FP&A team as part of a small, international, high-growth SaaS company
- Prepare month-end variance and trend review with relevant insights for the leadership team
- Build and manage financial databases by collecting, organizing, and analyzing a wide range of internal and external data sources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Managerial or Lead experience
- Experience as a Power user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with robust modeling and presentation skills
- Solid Finance experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking or similar
