An online freelance marketplace that connects businesses to talent has an open position for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Marketing and Research and Development Sales Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead business partnering across multiple functions
- Partner with department heads to ensure accuracy
- Partner with the business to create and monitor a return on investment framework around key initiatives
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in a finance related role
- Modeling, reporting and presentation skills (Excel and G-suite)
- Outstanding forecasting methods and techniques
- Understanding of cost drivers
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to think creatively and has high standard of accuracy and precision
