Job Summary
A rental property management firm has a current position open for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across the organization
- Support the company's budgeting, strategic planning and forecasting processes
- Lead monthly estimate and partner with accounting on the close processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5-7+ years of FP&A experience around fast growth companies
- Demonstrated previous leadership experience
- Eagerness to be doing hands on work while also providing high level leadership and strategy
- Strong financial and analytical skills and the ability to explain financial concepts in lay terms to executives
- Ability to communicate and present clearly and succinctly to multiple levels within the organization
- Experience providing decision support for a range of projects, investments and strategic initiatives
