Job Summary
An education technology company is in need of a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Services Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyze, forecast and explain impact of ASC606 on actual and projected performance
- Build strong partnership with the Services & Support team and drive collaborative analyses
- Own the reporting and forecasting of services business in monthly financial reviews, Board packages & Budget / Quarterly re-forecasting processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Statistics; MBA and CPA a plus but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of FP&A or Services Operations experience
- Strong understanding of software services delivery models a must
- Strong knowledge/skills in Excel, Financial Force, Adaptive Planning (or similar financial planning software), Salesforce, Netsuite
- Strong influencing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly proficient in financial analysis and establishing KPI’s
