Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading all financial planning activities
  • Developing and leading the company-level financial and business analysis related to month-end and quarterly reporting
  • Assisting with transitioning the financial planning and analysis processes related to acquisitions

Required Skills:

  • Experience leading an annual budgeting and forecasting process is required
  • Experience with financial planning tools
  • 15 years of progressive FP&A experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a finance team
  • M&A experience, including post-acquisition integration experience
