Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Financial Policy Service Specialist III.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Modifying and changing the billing systems based on amendments and renewals
• Initiating and implementing policy amendments
• Working with customer service partners to communicate administrative changes to policyholder and field force

Qualifications Include:

• Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education or
• Relevant experience
• Five years progressively responsible work experience as a Policy Service Specialist
• Demonstrated training and leadership abilities
• Expanded contract and billing knowledge and concepts for own team and department
• Extensive knowledge of how contract and billing issues impacts other disciplines and departments
