Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Financial Process Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Optimize business performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and IT
- Focus on the human, organizational and value stream aspects of business processes and their transformation
- Collect and analyze process data to initiate
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics or related field
- Eight years of experience in process engineering, accounting, financial technology and quality control
- In-depth experience with accounting, investment and actuarial processes and systems
- Strong understanding of Six Sigma, LEAN or other quality control/process improvement
- Specialized skills in benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, etc
