Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Financial Process Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

Optimize business performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and IT
Focus on the human, organizational and value stream aspects of business processes and their transformation
Collect and analyze process data to initiate

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics or related field
Eight years of experience in process engineering, accounting, financial technology and quality control
In-depth experience with accounting, investment and actuarial processes and systems
Strong understanding of Six Sigma, LEAN or other quality control/process improvement
Specialized skills in benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, etc
