Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Process Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating the tasks and processes of staff members
  • Developing performance measurement models
  • Maintaining, developing and implementing policies and processes

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 6 - 10 years financial and accounting experience or the equivalent education/experience
  • Experience working in financial accounting, planning and analysis
  • Comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating and implementing change
  • Experience analyzing complex transactions, processes or policies
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, or Statutory Accounting Principles
