Job Summary

A financial agency has a current position open for a Remote Financial Product Coach.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coaching product leaders and teams on modern product
• Collaborating with coaches and product teams to deliver technology solutions
• Enabling leaders and teams to continuously improve what they build, how they build it

Required Skills:

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years’ work experience or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience managing software/application development, products, or business functions
• Ability to learn multiple functions of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
• Ability to conceptualize solutions to hard problems with many constraints
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders
