Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Product Customer Service Representative in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide world class customer service by fielding inbound support calls, live chats, and emails from users about our product offerings
  • Try all avenues to solve a customer's issue, but if you can't, explain the why with an empathetic ear
  • Educate our customers on how to use our product to send and receive payments

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in a role that put you in direct contact with consumers via telephone, email, and/or face-to-face in a work from home environment
  • Financial services and/or call center experience is a big plus
  • Proven team player
  • Ability to proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
  • Ability to research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology
