Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Financial Quality Assurance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Document and escalate call monitoring issues to management as necessary
- Provide continuous call evaluation feedback to representatives and advisors through written evaluations
- Extract and organize metrics to create month-end reporting and analysis on call monitoring results for internal quality reports
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or 5 years industry experience
- Other permitted registrations include: Series 63, 65, 66, 9, 10 and 24
- FINRA SIE and Series 7 required within GWFS established timelines
