Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Quality Control Auditor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing and responding to exception rebuttals
  • Performing Quality Control audit reviews of mortgage loan files
  • Meeting department quota expectations without sacrificing quality of reviews

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • At least 3+ years of recent experience in government underwriting
  • Strong knowledge of REG B, REG Z TILA/RESPA (TRID) and ECOA regulation requirements
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with Encompass and ARMCO ACES Quality Management system
