Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Reporting and SOX Project Management Office Accountant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing the Company’s SEC filings
- Prepare the Company’s consolidated financial statements
- Perform flux analyses to support the quarter-end close
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 to 4 years of professional work experience in accounting and/or financial reporting
- 1 year of experience at a public company or public accounting firm
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Experience with Workiva SEC Reporting Solution and iXBRL review
